bus trip to
Pennsylvania and
Delaware in May.
They toured the
Hagley Museum,
Longwood Gardens,
Winterthur, Nemours
Mansion, the George
Read House, and the
National Civil War
Museum.
Brock Jobe,
Professor of
American Decorative
Arts at Winterthur,
visited the Georgian
Museum last fall.
The Georgian
Museum’s collection
and volunteers
impressed him. With
his invitation and
encouragement Diane
Eversole planned the
trip to Winterthur
and the du Pont
Museums in the area
for FHA members.
